Tufted Duck in The Pond

While in Reykjavik we birded at a local park known as The Pond.  A variety of waterfowl were swimming around the open waters, including several Tufted Ducks.  Here’s a picture of a male – but what’s wrong with the picture?  It was a dark, gray day with a light mist falling down so please forgive the fact that the image looks kind of flat and dull.
