The Party’s Over

It was  so much fun to watch the various birds in my backyard.  It’s not very often that I spot three different species of warblers back there (Magnolia, Tennessee, and Redstart).  All of a sudden the ten House Sparrows feeding on the ground took off followed by all the other birds scattering in different directions.  A second later the cause of the flight appeared – a Coopers Hawk!  It landed in the tree at the back of my backyard and looked for any stragglers that didn’t get the message to hide.
