After taking a couple of pics of the Red-bellied Woodpecker with the bright blue background I shifted over about 10 feet so some fall leaves appeared in the background.

Of the 2 photos this is the one that I prefer. The leaves in the background provide a bit of interest. as compared to the blue sky and they don’t draw your eye away from the bird.
I agree with John Weisgerber’s comment. Though, I love both shots, love the acorn!
