In the winter we sometimes visit the feeders put up by the Cook County Forest Preserves as the draw many more birds than what we would see walking on the trails. The Tree Sparrow on the right (and back) and the Goldfinch on the left. At first I thought the Goldfinch had an abnormally large beak until I took a closer look to see it had a sunflower seed in it. The EC was set to +2 because of the snow background. If you would like to learn more about how to adjust your camera to take pictures of birds in the snow CLICK HERE.
