Popped Its Head Up

This Snow Bunting was seen just off the sidewalk.  We watched it walk up a short climb to a walking path.  A guy came along and saw the bird right in front of him.  The bird walked on the sandy path and the guy slowly followed it.  Finally it took off to the other side of the dunes.
