Eared Grebe in AZ

A couple of years ago we spend a month in Arizona instead of Chicagoland during the month of February (I wonder why?)  It was fun to explore the area as we looked for birds.  This shot of an Eared Grebe was taken at Suguaro Lake.  There were several of them in the same area.
