Sandhill cranes, looking like paratroopers, landing in a field in Indiana. This is a major migratory stop in the fall for the cranes. We went last fall and saw thousands of these beautiful birds fly into the fields for the evening. Spectacular.

Well done Gail. Is it a single shot or a composite. Either way I like it.
Thanks! It was a single shot.
We went there too amazed at how many were there.
