Sometimes it is hard to decide if a bird is beautiful or not so much. This is one of those birds; a Gray-headed Swamphen. Pretty ugly name and if you only look at the head, it certainly fits. But, from the head down, it is beautiful. This image shows where this bird lives. Deep in swamps and wetlands, it has huge feet which allow it to walk on the top of lily pads or other vegetation. This was taken in Vietnam.
