Starting to process Colombia images. In the US, especially east of the Rockies, it is hard to appreciate the number of individuals and number of species of hummingbirds that you will see in the Neotropics. It is not unusual to see 25-75 individuals and 12 species around a set of feeders. Not always easy to get photos of this type of gathering, but this image captures two-an Andean Emerald and a Greenish Puffleg. This image was taken with a flash which accounts for some of the “ghosting” you see around the birds wings. Taken at La Florida in south central Colombia.

Wow! What a great shot of the two hummers in Columbia! Looks like you increased your Aperture to get a wider DOF. Well done!
