Black-and-rufous Warbling-Finch

Very close to downtown Buenos Aires is the Reserva Ecologica Costanera Sur which includes a large wetland. We visited this park on our first day in Argentina and were introduced to many new birds including this Black-and-rufous Warbling Finch.
