One person’s lifer is another person’s backyard bird. It’s all in the location

It’s all in a location. This bird, a Blue Tit, is one of the more common birds of Europe. For many birders and bird photographers from Europe, this is a bird they will pass up as it is so ubiquitous. For Deb and myself though, this was a great find. This small artificial water feature in Spain had a few Blue Tits coming down. The hard part was trying to get a photograph before they dunked themselves in the water and bathed. Not nearly so pretty when soaking wet.
