I was walking at the Arboretum, minding my own business, just like this Lapland Longspur was doing, He was eating along the trail, near tall grass as I approached him. I didn’t see him, he didn’t noticed me until we were both quite close to each other. Once he realized I was too close to him, he jumped on this rock and gave me a disgusted look. I don’t blame, I interrupted his meal. Anyway, he gave me some photo opportunities, which I took advantage of.
