Quest fulfilled

I chased this bird for some time during two trips to Spain and Portugal. This bird spends most of its time in Africa, but a few have decided to live in Spain and Portugal. I took this image from a hide/blind in central Spain where a family of these birds come to bath every afternoon. A Collared Pratnicole, they are wading birds and this shallow marsh land was perfect for them.
