A Horned Grebes’ reflection on the still lake of Peace Valley Park. While living in Pennsylvania, this was one location I could reliably find migrating Grebes and Loons every spring. I enjoyed photographing them. Each time they dove under water, I moved closer to the water. They often hunted near the shore which provided some great photo opportunities. I have had nothing like that since moving to Massachusetts. There are so many bodies of water here, it is hard to predict where they may land for a day or two while they head further north.
