There is a small tree oasis at Harbor Island in Grand Haven. If you time it right, there will be many warblers during migration. If not, it is very sparse. This Yellow Warbler paused in his foraging to spy on us. They nest in Ottawa County.

The Yellow Warbler shot in the katkins was a Honorable Mention in our Obscured Bird Contest. We really liked the image of the bird peeking through the foliage. Excellent pic!
Definitely have to do a double take to see the bird!
