This Prairie Warbler was reported at Stu Visser Trail in May, 2022. Many, many birders and photographers congregated along the boardwalk to get glimpses and photos. We took lots of photos. The surprising thing about this bird, it was extremely tame. Even with about five people standing together, it came within a couple of feet of us as it was feeding. It stayed here in the same vicinity for many days. There have not been very many Prairie Warblers in Ottawa County. Most of them are not easy to see as they dart among the vegetation.

Your Yellow Warbler shot taken along Stu Visser was an Honorable Mention in the Obscured Bird Contest. The judges really liked the pose of the bird peeking its head through the foliage.
