While photographing Puffins and Arctic Terns this flock of Short Billed Dowitchers blitzed in and gave me a sweet group shot. I have never seen so many SBD’s together in my life. This was taken from a boat at Petit Manan Island. There are a few Arctic Terns mixed in with this flock. I think almost every bird is also in good focus.
