A tough duck but worth the trip. This was my third trip to Sheboygan (yes, third trip) to shoot the Harlequin and today was the day I had a nice photo opportunity. I was the one who found it, watched it for an hour and helped other photographers to get some nice close shots. There were actually two males together bossing around the mallards. The ducks were in the harbor working the open water around the docks. At one point they swam close and even walked up on some ice for a brief moment. Such a stunning duck. I do not plan on going back to Sheboygan for a long time.
