A Ferruginous Hawk (a lifer for me) hunting prairie dogs from a low ridge. I am told they frequently hunt from the ground and have been known to hide behind rabbit brush to pounce on unsuspecting prey. They have a distinctive gape in that it is elongated and makes them look like they are smiling.
