I can’t resist posting another shot of the Fork-tailed Flycatcher in action. The bird is about to grab the moth/insect that is about 12 inches in front of the birds bill. If you look closely you can see the bug. This bird was lightning fast off the perch and getting a flight shot of it hunting was mostly luck.
I liked this shot for the wing and tail position as well as the the prey in flight scenario.
