White-winged Crossbill (female)

This female bird was part of the 20 plus bird flock that was feeding in a local cemetery. I spent an entire day watching them feed on different spruce species, come to the ground to drink and listen to them communicate. The best part of the day was showing other people the birds. It was a life bird for most birders the day I photographed this bird and the excitement was high.
