Black-billed x Yellow-billed Parrot hybrid

This hybrid is apparently so rare that EBird does not have a classification for it. While it looks like a black-billed parrot, not the partially yellow bill and white eye ring (as opposed to the black-billed’s black around the eyes). Perhaps we can call this hybrid “Steinmann’s Parrot,” since no one has claimed it! LOL 😂
