The Muscovy is such an interesting (read “ugly”) duck. Ever seen wild ones down south?
We’ve seen them in Texas, but never anything other than the feral kind. There are a few non-feral ones in extreme south Texas, but most are in Central and South America.
Just check my past photos—we did see native Muscovy ducks in ear Brownsville, TX
