Bajadreamer said that he would likely delete the shot and cited the angle from the below the bird, the so-so background and the bright spots on the left side of the image. Ronald Zigler also would delete it and would have liked better lighting and more of an eye-level shot. He also bemoans the twig that angles in from the bottom left across the belly of the bird. Emil Baumbach focused in the out-of-focus head as a reason enough to delete it.
One common response was to keep it if it were the best shot of that species I had. Here’s one I have that’s better, so even more reason to delete the example one above!
