Cooperative Bird
Sometimes (not often, mind you) a bird just cooperates. They perch about eye level with the sun shining on them for more than 3 seconds before disappearing. Today’s pics are of an Eastern Towhee that cooperated. The bird is a female, as evidenced by the brown, not black head and body, and looks like it just took a bath and was drying out in the sun. I happily snapped away as the bird fluffed up and dried out.
Hope you get a cooperative bird soon!
PS – Only 627 more shots in my backlog of images to upload to the site!
Stay safe. Go birding. Take pics. Share here. Repeat.
