It’s time again for a look at some of the GreatBirdPics shared with us on GreatBirdPics.com. Take a look!
Although summer is winding down here in the U.S. midwest Bajadreamer takes us back to winter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. A wonderful shot of a Snow Bunting taking off (note the dusting of snow as it leaves).
Paul Demkovich was on the same birding trip to Nova Scotia and Newfoundland earlier this summer that I was. Here’s one of his Atlantic Puffin pics he took there.
Here’s another one from Paul taken in Nova Scotia. A Golden-crowned Kinglet will occasionally show some orange in their crown, but this was ridiculous!
Kaur captured a Yellow-crowned Night-heron as it flipped a tasty morsel up into its bill. Mmmm!
How about one more – from Australia! Daltsysnr captured a new species for me – a Dusky Woodswallow feeding on a big winged bug. Thanks for sharing your GreatBirdPic with us!
