Our members keep posting their GreatBirdPics for all to see. Here are some that caught my eye:
Asteinmann managed to capture a Lesser (left) and Greater (right) Yellowlegs walking side by side so you can see the relative difference in size between the two.
Mikeaff was on the New Jersey shoreline and captured an American Oystercatcher walking along. I love the bright orange bill on these interesting looking birds.
Just look at the bright golden eyes of this Black Kite as it wheels around toward Bajadreamer. Beautiful browns on this bird.
Emil Baumbach loves taking pictures of hummingbirds. Just look at the color and detail he recorded in this Lesser Violetear!
Our last pic is of a female Redstart by Kaur. Perhaps a bit noisy, but the colors are vibrant and the pose is excellent.
