A Perfect Balance
This Bird Photograph of the Week was submitted by none other than Emil Baumbach. At first Emil thought it was a female White-winged Crossbill but he noticed some red coming in on the breast so he now thinks it was an immature male.
Notice how the pinecones to the right balance the bird on the left. Nicely done!
