Bajadreamer shared this image of a Ruby-topaz Hummingbird from Columbia. Like all of the best bird photographers, he is never satisfied with his shots (which I am jealous of). He says, “…my images do not do this bird justice. Absolutely spectacular! When they would flit from flower to flower, it was like someone was shining a yellow and magenta laser around the garden.” Until I go to Columbia and see one for myself, this pic will have to do!
