Our Bird Photograph of the Week captured my attention in several ways. My eyes were first drawn to the light blue water – a light background could have made a difficult lighting situation but the photographer, Rebecca Bowater, but she compensated nicely for it. Next I focused on the crab in its bill – note how you can see both claws clearly. Finally, the reflection – did I tell you I’m a sucker for reflections? Congrats to Rebecca Bowater for capturing such a beautiful image.
